On June 20, 2026, D-0. held Module 1 for its second cohort. As with the kickoff event, the program was held in person at both the Japan and Singapore venues, with the two countries connected online.
Module 1 focused on deepening each participant’s Question / Passion and expanding it into a Grand Vision — a future that others can understand and may want to join. In the morning session, “Knowing Your Survival Strategy,” participants explored Q/P as the place to return to when facing uncertainty. In the afternoon session, “Setting Grand Vision,” they worked on turning their personal questions into a future-facing concept.
The program welcomed two guest speakers: Yujin Kimura, CEO and Co-Founder of Eight Knot, and Travin Singh, Co-Founder and Chairman of LESS & CO. They shared how inner motivation can guide a venture even when the business model changes, and how starting from the future one wants to create can shape companies, products, and systems.
Participants listened closely and worked to put their own Q/P and Grand Vision into words. While some struggled at first, dialogue with peers helped them clarify their thoughts. Their personal questions began to take shape as future visions that could be shared with others.
