Satoshi Umino is an entrepreneur and executive coach with experience in business growth, M&A, PMI, and international management. After joining Jigen Corporation in 2007 during its startup phase, he became a Director in 2013 and played a key role in the company’s IPO on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market. He later led business operations, M&A, post-merger integration, and overseas subsidiary management. Today, he supports entrepreneurs and business leaders through mentoring and coaching, helping them clarify their direction and unlock their potential.
Shivendu Nadkarni

Shivendu Nadkarni is an Adjunct Associate Professor at NUS Business School, Innovation Advisor with IPI, a subsidiary of Enterprise Singapore, and Founder-Director of TenX Mezzo. He has led business transformations for nearly three decades across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. At Kellogg’s, he served as Regional Vice President of the AMEA Snacks division, overseeing operations in more than 30 countries and delivering seven consecutive years of topline growth and significant margin improvement. He currently supports companies and leaders in sustainable growth through strategy, innovation, and international expansion. He is also the co-author of This is Ikigai365.
